I was in the military service from 1968 to 1970 and discharged with a honorable discharge. Due to extending my tour in Korea an additional 6 months, allowed me to discharge early.

I spent 10 years in Fort Worth TX where I opened up Dave's Deli. It was an eye opening experience dealing with the public. It added a great deal of experience working wide range of people. I loved it.

In 1989 my brother and I opened up a mortgage company. It was a dream come true. I was in an occupation that I have totally enjoyed. Allowing me to work with individuals attempting to purchase their own homes.

To explain the process of home ownership, and to show them how owning your own home is a major accomplishment in their lives. It has been exciting.
